I started out arms specced (so I guess this favors the WW axe). Tested it on centaurs in desolace with a max difference of 1 lvl, so lvls 33-35. I got to an average dps of 73.25 for the WW axe and dinged. Got myself 2x Stalvan's Reaper and Whirlwind Axe and went 'a testin! He dropped his green boots twice and the third time I got the helm! It is hard to tell what the respawn timer is as my server is busy and people are constantly killing stuff there, I found him twice at about 8 in the morning. I found him 3 times, twice in a row at location 4 and the third time at location 2. It seemed like the lack of hit was the problem, so I scoured Wowhead for hit items at such a low lvl and I found this man's helmet to be the only option. Soo after being told by everyone that going dual wield fury at lvl 30 ish is a bad idea, I had to find a way to prove them all wrong! At lvl 55 I could easily take on 5 of the elites at once, so chances you'll die are very small (if you're a high enough lvl of course). They aren't linked though, so just kill them one at a time.
And there you are, the Digmaster should be there together with 5 other elite mobs.
Now the tunnel splits up in two, take the left path (north east). You'll see a tunnel leading left (south east), go into it. Instead of jumping down into the hall, stay high and follow the path a bit south. Now, you're in a tunnel, at the end of the tunnel is a big hall with the entrance to Ulda. You enter the cave to the Uldaman front entrance. The easiest way to farm this guy for his nice BoE blues is just making a macro "/target Digmaster Shovelphlange". I haven't yet figured out his respawn time though. Comment by AllakhazamIt seems like very, very few people know about this guy (I mean, look at the kill count that Allakhazam has registered), so farming him isn't a problem.
